Finance and administration department

The main activities undertaken by the finance and administration department:

This department facilitates the operations of the technical departments through the provision of support services in areas of administration, management of financial resources, procurement, disposal of utilities and assets. The department of finance and administration is responsible for overall coordination, harmonization and collaboration of all operations and activities in the institute.

  1. Management of financial and other resources.
  2. Providing administrative support services.
  3. Office management, supervision and cleanliness.
  4. Office procurement and assets disposal.
  5. Preparation of budget estimates, reports of revenue and expenditure.
  6. Preparation of final accounts and reporting of financial information.
